Real Estate XSitePro Templates

The above real estate template is rich and luxurious, reminiscent of the homes this Century 21© agent sells in Oakland and Macomb counties. Notice how the footer reflects the header, but doesn't try to replicate it. We left plenty of room on the footer for more navigation links, as the client has lots of content to add. Design Tip: A matching header and footer design can unify your Web site. Don't get too matchy-matchy, though!

The above XSitePro template uses a stock photo of a typical Florida home. The header is a rounded-corner style within a rectangular template.

The above XSitePro template was created for the main pages of the site. A second template was created for the ad listings pages, as they had to be uploaded to a different directory and required a slightly different design (no right panel). The listings manager (real estate, vehicles and classified ads) is by www.InteractiveTools.com. While the template design is fairly straightforward, this site required some imaginative thinking to get the listings manager and two separate XSite Pro templates working together. It was a proud moment when we launched this site!

The above XSitePro V1 template was built to showcase Kiernan Station, a light industrial complex in Salida, CA. To achieve this look, we removed the Right Panel, added a table to hold the photos, and used the Page Footer to create the brown bar at the bottom. We used CSS to add thin, black lines to the Left Panel and Page Footer. These methods helped to reduce the XSitePro V1 look of this Web site.

The above template was created with V1 of XSitePro. The colours are incredibly vibrant and very reminiscent of Spain! I picked up the site colours from the flag of Spain and from the water. Design Tip: Using one or two photos to base your colour palette on is a designer trick that helps pull the design together.
