Tutorial #4: Create the Illusion of a 100% Width Footer

While I don't recommend making your Web site 100% fluid, the illusion that it spans the full width of the browser is a nice effect. The header is easy to do, but the footer is more complex. Maybe one day XSitePro will make this a feature, but, until then, have fun learning a great trick!
