What an XSitePro 2 Template Contains

An XSitePro 2 template is basically the "framework" upon which you build your Web site's content. It consists of a graphical header, as well as a matching footer, matching right and left panels and possibly a matching info bar under the header. It will also contain a few dummy pages, left and bottom navigation links, as well as top navigation links in some cases. It might also contain a graphic in the main panel header if the client has specified this as a requirement. The footer will contain a copyright statement and a link back to XSitePro Designs. If that link is left in place, the owner qualifies for a link back to their site from XSitePro Designs... this will get their site indexed by Google very quickly!

What an XSitePro 2 Template Does NOT Contain

A template does not include any content, articles, forms, bookmark, testimonials, audio/video, etc. These would be extra as this would be building a complete Web site for you, instead of a template. (Can we build a complete Web site for you? Absolutely!)

Pricing & Payment Schedule

For each template, we do one design concept for $395 (or $320 for a header only). Note: Prices online for custom, quality Web site headers by professional designers are usually around $250. An XSitePro template also includes a footer, side panels and creation of the special template files, so our price is very reasonable.

We require a down payment of $200 before we start work. We accept payment via PayPal or cheque. We will send you a request for payment 1) prior to starting work on your project and 2) after you have approved your template.

Tell Us About Your Business

• Do you already have photos you would like incorporated into the design? Or would you like us to locate stock photos?
• Do you have a logo or do you need us to create a simple one for you using a nice font and perhaps a clipart image?
• Does your site (colours and style) have to be consistent with existing offline branding? If not, do you have any colour or style preferences?
• Who is your target market and what is the purpose of your site?
• What is the mood/feeling you want to convey to your audience?
• What is the title and the URL of your Web site? Do you want both incorporated into the header?
• What is your USP or tagline?
• Besides a tagline, do you have any other text or bullet points you want incorporated into the header?
• What is your deadline for completion?

Send Us Sites You Like... & Tell Us WhyYou Like Them

Please send us the links to 4-5 Web sites that you like the design of and explain specifically what aspects of each design you like (and don't like) and why. These sites may be in your market or in completely different markets.

We also have both client sites and sample templates for you to check out. Look at each template and let us know the ones that resonate with you the most and why.

Choose Appropriate Photos

Please be prepared to supply us with photos, if required for your template. For this, you may need to go online and visit several stock photography sites. Some are very inexpensive like Dreamstime.com and iStock.com. Create a lightbox on the site(s), select 10 or 20 photos for us to choose from and send us your user name and password so we can view your lightbox(es). IMPORTANT: Do not buy any photos at this time! We'll let you know which ones we choose and you can buy them before we finalize your header.

We can also do the photo search for you, but you know your business better than we do, so the photos you choose will give us a better idea of what you want, even if we have to find similar photos to the ones you choose, for better integration into the header.

What to Expect From Us

Your header will be crisp, clean, sharp, highly professional and well laid out. You will be able to view and approve the header before we start work on the full template.

At the end of the process, we will provide you with a fully customized template that includes your ideas, photos, colours and preferred style, and is put together with meticulous care and professionalism.

As part of your package, we provide you with the Photoshop .psd file used to create your template, meaning you will "own the code" for your template. If at any time in the future you need the template edited (new USP, etc.), you (or any Web or graphics designer) will be able to do that.

As far as I know, we are the only provider who gives this level of service. Andrea is a professional Web designer, XSitePro user and Internet marketer, so she brings quite a lot to the table for you.
